Senior Cross Country has always been about stamina and good sportsmanship, but this year it was also a celebration of the houses.
The grassy banks of Parque de Andalucia became a sea of red, blue, green and yellow, as the students congregated in their houses to watch the races.
They were joined by some parents, who took advantage of such a beautiful sunny day to join in the event as spectators.
As always, there was some very impressive sporting talent on show, as well as hundreds of students who fought through the pain barrier to achieve personal bests.
Well done to all who took part, demonstrating their determination and resilience.
A particular well done to the winning house, Newton, who took the winning position at the end of the day with a fantastic 4414 points.
Finally, thank you to the PE department for organising another successful day.
