A Note About This Questionnaire

Mr Powell has kindly asked me to write a history of Runnymede College from its founding in 1967 through to the present day. This is a story that spans more than half a century and one that touches on not just buildings and dates but on people and experiences. It is the creation of a unique identity that defined Runnymede College at different moments in Spain’s modern history.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather insights, memories and reflections from former pupils, staff and parents. Some responses may be factual or anecdotal, others might describe how a place felt, how a moment in time looked or sounded. All of it helps bring Runnymede College’s story to life.

There’s no pressure at all to answer every question—feel free to respond to as many or as few as you like. You can also include as little or as much personal detail as you’re comfortable with. All information you provide will be securely and confidentially stored in full compliance with European GDPR regulations. Your personal data (such as names or contact details) will never be shared publicly.

There’s a consent box at the end of the questionnaire, where you can let me know:

And/or if you might be willing to take part in a follow-up interview—either in person or via Zoom.
