Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Gymnastics has been a recognised Olympic Sport since the re-establishment of the games in Athens in 1896. The different disciplines of Gymnastics – floor, rings, bar, vault, and balance beam – represent some of the most beautiful challenges in the world of sport. Gymnastics training at a young age consists mostly of psychomotor development, coordination, and strength, speed, and flexibility. Furthermore, these exercises can improve posture and self-esteem.

Although gymnastics is an individual sport, the team plays a vital role during training, forming strong bongs between team members as they rely on one another for the help and trust in order to continue to grow.

Safety is fundamental in avoiding injury and favouring the growth of students when training is carefully structured and supervised.
