We were delighted to host universities from the UK, US and Spain in our Autumn University Fair. Our pupils had the chance to meet the representatives to help them compare and contrast universities and find the place that best suits their strengths and interests.

Parents and pupils were invited, and the representatives had a busy time answering their questions and giving them an understanding of each country’s admission process, educational opportunities and student life.

We would like to thank the representatives from the numerous universities for taking the time to visit us and speak to our students and parents (including Durham University, University of Bristol, University of Bath, Lancaster University, Falmouth University, University of Brighton , Rice University, Sarah Lawrence College , DePauw University, Fordham University, University of Navarra, Universidad Pontificia Comillas and IE University.We have also received exclusive visits from Imperial College London, UCL, University of the Arts London and New York University where our Sixth Form students were given the chance to have an in-depth look into the kind of student profile these universities are looking for and the courses and research opportunities on offer. Earlier this term, we were visited by University of Pennsylvania, and held a mini fair for US Universities, where Tufts University, Notre Dame College, Babson College were in attendance. To close off the term, University of St Andrews will be be visiting next week.

It has been a very busy term for our pupils, so we would like to congratulate our current Year 13s for all their hard work with their applications so far, and our Year 12 students for their early interest in their education beyond Runnymede.
