On Saturday 26th, the Class of ’75 celebrated their 50th Anniversary with a dinner party hosted by the school in our dining room. A number of members of the Class of ’76 also joined the event. Present too, were Mike Sutcliffe and Mike Wilson who taught some of us maths and chemistry in the 1970s when the school was divide between Calle Arga and Calle Leizarán.
A small number of us went back as far as José Rodriguez Pinilla, having joined the school in 1967 and 1968.
It was a joyous occasion with much reminiscing and embracing.
Although the majority of those present live in Spain, some had traveled from Thailand, Egypt, US and UK.
All those present received mementos which had been beautifully designed and produced by various members of the class and the school received a commemorative plaque.
We parted with promises of meeting again soon. At the very latest, we hope to see them at the 50th Anniversary reunion of the Class of ’76 on September 26th 2026!
