2021 has been another brilliantly successful year for Runnymede graduates. Thanks to an impressive set of grades (74% at A* or A), our pupils have confirmed places at some of the top institutions in the world, such as Cambridge, Columbia, UPenn, the London School of Economics, Imperial College London and University College London. A record 67% of Runnymede graduates who have chosen to study in the UK will do so at a Top-10 institution.

This year has also seen a diversification in the university destinations chosen by our leavers, with 20% confirming places at prestigious institutions in Spain such as ICADE, IE and Navarra, and 5% accepting offers to study in the United States. The Netherlands has also been a popular destination this year, with 8% of students making the most of the wide-ranging English-taught degrees this country has on offer at the renowned universities of Utrecht, Leiden and Delft.

The varied degree paths selected by Runnymede graduates are a testament to the broad range of subjects they have been exposed to at the school. While degrees in Business and Management remain the most popular, at 16% of all the degrees chosen, this is closely followed by degrees in Engineering (11%), Biomedical Sciences (8%), Economics and Sociology (both at 6%). Law and Modern Languages were the most popular humanities, at 4% each, while a further 4% have chosen to study a degree in Art or Design.
