Team Judo at Runnymede College is one of the largest Judo clubs in Madrid, with over 140 judokas and achieving in the last few years more than 10 black belts.
We count with the invaluable expertise of Aáron Blanco 5 Dan (9 times Spanish champion) and Juan Luis Blanco 8 Dan (Olympic coach), who offer our pupils top-tier quality teaching and a window into the world of professional Judo.
Judo is a sport that prioritises discipline and accuracy, and through it our pupils learn about the figure of the Sensei. Our judokas are introduced to the pleasure of teamwork and get to enjoy the unique approach to self-defence and athletic ability offered by Judo.
