Statements for Reports
The statements you will see on your child’s report are as follows:
Working below
Children who are working below the expected standard are not yet managing the objectives for their year group independently.
Working towards
Children who are working towards the expected standard are making progress against the objectives taught this term, but have some gaps or difficulties which they have not yet secured.
Expected
Children who are working at the expected standard have made good progress against the objectives taught so far and have no significant gaps. However, all children benefit from revisiting and revising the material they have been taught.
Greater Depth
Children who are working at greater depth have grasped the objectives taught so far during the year and have shown additional confidence, fluency or skill in this area.
